June 7th, Gathering

I waited on the island, my Tribe mates on the shore acrosss the pond and my medicine wolf sitting beside me.

I trotted up alone next to Cloverstar. I never really liked to bring others to these gatherings, they could come, and most did.

((you always bring others to the gathering XD))

"Now to wait for Firetribe and Watertribe" i muttered

((i know! thats why they came on there own XD))

"This is going to take a while then." I muttered back.

ooc: god modding coming! sorry, but i'd like to get this one done before the next full moon.

Watertribe and Firetribe came one after another, both giving their excuses for being late.
"Lets just start now." I growled.

NRR: thanks Gav

"Finally" i muttered queitly.
"Wolves of all Tribes" i adressed the large group, "Rogues have been spotted more frequently every day in all territories. What do you suggest we do?"

I heard a simple "kill them" coming from someone. A wolf i noticed from Firetribe piped up, "I'd like to know if they have a reason for being here."

"Fine, nxt time anyone sees one, try and talk or something. Now for regular pack business."
i backed up a bit so the Watertribe leader could speak up. He spoke of a queen birthing pups and prey was running well. Windtribe's turn.

ooc: i curse you Clov.

I had basically the same as Watertribe. My pack's queen had given birth and all were doing well. We had plently of prey.
The only downside was that one of my wolves, Icefeather, was injured when hunting, but he was recovering fine.

Firetribe's turn came up now.
They said the same as everyone else, but they said they were low on prey because of the rouges, but only by a string of fur.
So it was no big deal really.

NRR: teehee i feel like putting a mix in.

I took one last look around the wolves.
"None of our queens have birthed yet" i admitted "But i will be soon." i smiled a bit when i saw the shock on peoples' faces. I looked over at Cloudstar to see what she thought.

My face said it all.
She's what?! I was thinking in shock.
"Uh, who's the father?" I finally whispered to her.

"Shadeheart" i whispered back. The almost pure black wolf was only a bit older than me, and he was smiling to himself in the crowd. He was kinda shy, and i was lucky enough to penetrate his protective shield.
"Is that all we have to say?" i checked with the rest of the leaders

I nodded, as did the other leaders. I was still in shock, She's bearing pups! And i dont even have a mate yet!!

"Then let this gathering close." the tribes got back into their patrols, but i didnt join them just yet. I wanted to talk to Cloudstar some more.

I turned to the Beta of Airtribe and told them to take the pack back to camp.

I told mine the same. As they left i turned back to my friend.

Once everyone had left, i let my gaurd drop. Sitting down, i muttered
"This keeps getting more and more confusing."

"Im sorry i dropped this on you now" i muttered. I shoulcnt have told her with the rest of the tribes right after she became leader!

I gave a snort.
"Might as well you had." I stated. I was about to say more when one of my wolves came running up out of breath.
"Cloudstar! Theres...a rouge...in camp!" They huffed. I shot Cloverstar a worried and appologetic look as i raced back to camp.

I nodded goodbye as she left. I walked on my own while heading to my own camp.
